Meet Our Team


Elizabeth Johnson, RN, APRN, PMH-C
Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2004 and her masters degree in nursing in 2006 from the Mennonite College of Nursing. Her passion is meeting people in their places of social, emotional and physical turmoil and, as a team, navigate with them on the best treatment options to foster optimal mental health. 


Karen Stenstrom, LCSW, PMH-C
Karen earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Madonna University in 1984, completed her Masters of Social Work in 1987. She later became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1999. She became Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) in 2022. Karen specializes in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, codependency, stress management, and more.
