For the Community

Each year, Deaconess is asked to participate in or sponsor hundreds of health related community events and projects. To more effectively meet the needs of our community members, Deaconess has streamlined this process.  

All community organizations requesting Deaconess' participation or sponsorship in a community/school or corporate/employer event, cause or health fair are asked to complete the appropriate form below.
