Services Offered

Carpal Tunnel Release
A surgical procedure where cuts are made through the ligament that is pressing down on the carpal tunnel (a narrow passage in the wrist that houses the median nerve and other tendons).  The cuts release pressure and give the median nerve and tendons room to move. This usually improves pain.

Diagnostic Imaging
X-ray, CT, MRI and myelogram (a special type of CT scan).

Electrodiagnostic Testing
Measuring the speed and degree of electrical activity in your muscles and nerves. We offer two common tests, Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS).

Epidural Injection
A spinal injection intended to reduce inflammation around the spinal nerves in the back and decrease pain in the back and legs.

Lumbar/Spinal Fusion
Also called arthrodesis, relieves joint pain caused by friction or nerve compression. The procedure uses a bone graft to connect healthy bone above the damaged area to healthy bone below the damaged area with a goal of fusing the areas together. In some cases, metal implants are secured to the vertebrae to hold them together until new bone grows between them.

Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression
Decompression is a surgical procedure performed to reduce pain caused by pinched nerves. Lumbar decompression seeks to reduce back pain from spinal stenosis by removing a small portion of bone or disc material and making more room for the nerve root.

Physical Therapy Evaluation and Referral for Treatment
Evaluate the patient’s condition and refer for physical therapy as appropriate to restore function, prevent disability, successfully manage pain and improve the overall quality of life.

Sacroiliac Joint Injection
An injection in the sacroiliac joints located at the bottom of the spine on each side of the sacrum. This procedure helps with low back pain.

Ulnar Nerve Decompression
A surgical procedure that seeks to reduce pain and numbness by removing compressed areas around the ulnar nerve. During the procedure, the space surrounding the elbow (the ulnar nerve passes through the forearm, elbow, and upper arm) is explored and any compressed areas removed.
