    Do You Have Heart Failure?

Heart Attack or ACS Clinical Research ImageHeart failure is a serious disease that affects about 64 million people across the world. Almost half of people with heart failure have a reduced ejection fraction, or a poor ability to pump blood. These people suffer from symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, swelling, weakness and fatigue. Heart failure can lead to stroke, hospitalization and death.

Deaconess Heart Group physicians are currently participating in a clinical research study of an investigational medication for heart failure in people with a reduced ejection fraction.

If you suffer from heart failure, we invite you to consider participation in this clinical research study. Qualified study participants will receive study-related exams and study medication at no cost during the course of the study, as well as compensation for time and travel. Health insurance is not required for participation.
