Email a Patient
Messages are delivered Monday through Friday during normal business hours for patients currently admitted to the hospital.
Messages received outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day.
We reserve the right to not deliver any inappropriate or offensive messages.
In addition to emailing a patient through the form below, Deaconess Memorial Medical Center also offers the opportunity to deliver mail and flowers to patients on a daily basis through their volunteer program. Flowers may be purchased by calling the 800 Gift Shop at 812-996-0403.
