Free ImPACT Test

Help protect your young athlete by scheduling a free baseline concussion test at the Deaconess Concussion Clinic. The test measures normal cognitive function and helps doctors make informed return-to-play decisions for athletes who suffer a concussion. The test takes less than 30 minutes.

Individual Tests

We provide free baseline testing for any student/athlete ages 10 and up. To schedule an appointment call 812-842-3990. Tests are given at the Deaconess Concussion Clinic located in the Deaconess Specialty Clinic Mary Street located in the Deaconess Physicians Center on the third floor, 520 Mary St., Ste. 330.
