Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin condition causing painful nodules, abscesses, tunnels under the skin and scarring. HS usually develops in areas where skin rubs together, such as the armpits, groin, buttocks and breasts.
Deaconess Clinic dermatologists are participating in a clinical research study of an investigational medication for HS. If you have had HS for six months or more, you may qualify to participate in this clinical research study. Participants will receive study-related medical care and study medication at no cost and may receive compensation for time and travel.
Health insurance is not required for participation.
If you are interested in learning more about this study, please call the Deaconess Research Info-Line at 812-474-7184 or toll free 877-654-0311.
