About Pediatric Infusion Services
The pediatric unit is home to the Outpatient Infusion Center, a place where patients under the age of 18 can come to receive their infusions given by expert pediatric nurses.
Pediatrics has a multidisciplinary team who develop a plan of care unique to each patient while meeting their specific growth, development and cultural needs, utilizing evidence-based practice to provide top-notch medical care. Pediatrics also has a child life assistant who helps families and children cope with the challenges of hospitalization.
