About the Deaconess Illinois Foundation
The Deaconess Illinois Foundation is the 501(c)(3) fundraising department of Deaconess Illinois. Through the generosity of donors, the Foundation supports initiatives that enhance the quality and delivery of health care throughout Southern Illinois.
Charitable gifts may support patient care and assistance, medical equipment and technology, employee education and training, community health programs, facility improvements and other priorities that help Deaconess Illinois meet the evolving health care needs of the communities it serves.
Donors may designate their gifts to support a specific Deaconess Illinois hospital or program. Gifts may also be directed to the area of greatest need, allowing the Foundation to respond to the most pressing priorities across the Illinois region.
No matter how a gift is designated, every dollar raised through the Deaconess Illinois Foundation stays in Southern Illinois and directly benefits the patients, caregivers and communities served by Deaconess Illinois.
