Deaconess Illinois is fully aware that providing exceptional patient care takes an entire team of committed individuals. This includes not only nurses, but lab techs, physical therapists, radiology staff, housekeeping, clerical staff, and many other non-clinical roles. Every employee is necessary and plays an important role every day. The BEE Award recognizes the excellent work of these support personnel.
