Deaconess offers two different health, dental and vision insurance plans for employees and dependents. Employees are benefit eligible when working at least 40 hours per two-week pay period. Spouses can be added independent of their own workplace benefits. Deaconess also offers pre-tax flexible spending accounts for both health care and dependent care.
+ Disability and Life
Short and long term disability insurance are both provided by Deaconess, as is life insurance, for employees working at least 40 hours per two-week pay period. Additional disability and life insurance can be purchased during benefit enrollment.
+ Additional Optional Benefits
Employees can opt for coverage for accidents, hospitalization, critical illness and even pet insurance.
