Included below are benefits and services for Deaconess employees and/or family members.

Deaconess Employee Wellness offers wellness/health screenings, wellness counseling, blood pressure checks, nutrition consultations and classes, weight loss competitions and smoking cessation classes. Create your MyWellness portal account and sign-up for your annual wellness screening.

FREE Appointments offered every day, 8 AM - 8 PM
Deaconess Clinic LIVE connects you with a Deaconess Clinic provider by secure, live, interactive video conference. This service is free for employees/families enrolled in the Deaconess employee health plan.  Must be age 2 or older.
Any Deaconess employee or member of their household may use the EAP program, which offers confidential assessment, short term counseling, referral (if necessary) and follow-up services to employees/family members who want help dealing with mental health concerns, substance use/abuse issues, life changes, family issues or personal problems.

Deaconess RN On Call is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Available to all Deaconess employees and their families. Call 812-450-7681.

Deaconess provides two enrichment centers, for infants through pre-K, located at the Midtown Campus and east Evansville. Children of any Deaconess employee are eligible to attend. 

Find a Deaconess primary care doctor or specialist The Find a Doctor directory includes Deaconess employed physicians/providers as well as independent doctors participating in the OneCare network.

Deaconess Family Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy, offering prescription medications, over-the-counter medications and related products at three convenient locations. 

You can use MyChart to communicate with your doctor, request prescription refills, manage appointments, see test results and more.  If you don't already have a MyChart account, get one now.

An annual screening mammogram for women 40 and older is a covered benefit of Deaconess health insurance plans.
