Nurse Practitioner Samantha Spellmeyer Joins Deaconess Clinic Neurology – Jasper

Deaconess Memorial Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition of Family Nurse Practitioner Samantha Spellmeyer to the staff at Deaconess Clinic Neurology – Jasper.  Samantha joins Neurologists Naghma Mufti, MD; Kristi Nord, MD; and Jignesh Shah, MD, as well as Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Murrell. 

Samantha received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and brings more than seven years of nursing experience and eight years of experience as a nurse practitioner at Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care – Huntingburg. 

Deaconess Clinic Neurology – Jasper specializes in the in diagnosing, treating and managing disorders of the brain and nervous system, including Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, concussion, epilepsy, migraines, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke.
