This prestigious list highlights institutions that deliver outstanding cardiovascular care, achieve superior patient outcomes, and utilize advanced technologies in heart care. TRI-STATE – Deaconess Health System is proud to announce its recognition as one of the "100 Hospitals and Health Systems with Great Heart Programs" for 2024 by Becker's Hospital Review. This prestigious list highlights institutions that deliver outstanding cardiovascular care, achieve superior patient outcomes, and utilize advanced technologies in heart care.

    Deaconess Heart Hospital, the only acute care hospital in the Tri-State area dedicated exclusively to heart and vascular care, offers a comprehensive range of services from preventive care to complex surgeries. The health system has been at the forefront of implementing innovative procedures, including being among the first in the region to adopt the WATCHMAN device and performing over 450 left atrial appendage occlusion procedures. Deaconess is also utilizing Pulsed Field Ablation, transforming treatment for atrial fibrillation.

This extensive team ensures personalized and comprehensive care for every patient, reflected in the hospital's high patient satisfaction score of 91.6%.
