This convenient option offers day and evening appointments, and can be used in any U.S. location.  Patients can connect via smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with webcam.

    Deaconess EAP Online Scheduling

    Schedule a confidential face to face appointment with a licensed therapist. Appointments are available Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. If this is an urgent issue, please call our office at 812-471-4611
