Being hospitalized or having a family member experience a traumatic or serious health event can be emotionally and spiritually challenging. The Spiritual Care Department at Deaconess is designed to help patients and family members find comfort in times of uncertainty. Regardless of your faith tradition, and even if you have no religious affiliation, our team is here to support you.

Chaplains are available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital, Deaconess Gateway Hospital, Deaconess Henderson Hospital and Deaconess Women's Hospital and two afternoons a week at Deaconess Cross Pointe. Your nurse can call the Spiritual Care office to request a visit for you or your family members.
