Designed to reduce caregiver fatigue and enhance patient outcomes, the Lund University Cardiopulmonary Assistant System (LUCAS) is an automated CPR device that delivers lifesaving treatment in emergency situations. The LUCAS device delivers compressions at a consistent depth and rate—crucial for blood flow to the brain and other organs during resuscitation efforts.
