I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my concerns, but I left feeling that my symptoms and questions were not fully addressed. During my visit, I was advised that the initial laboratory tests the provider wanted would be performed first and that, depending on those results, additional testing and further discussion could follow. I agreed to that plan and understood that other concerns would be addressed after those results were available.However, when the laboratory results returned, I was informed that no further evaluation would be pursued and that I would need to wait until my next appointment. This was disappointing because I continue to experience symptoms that remain unexplained, and no discussion was provided regarding other possible causes or next steps. I left feeling that my concerns were not fully heard and would have appreciated a more thorough explanation, follow-through on the plan discussed during the visit, and greater involvement in decisions regarding my care.
Again I have no problems at all. Nice people work there.
