I really liked the doctor. This was my first time seeing Vanessa Cox. I've been here before and loved the previous doctor as well, Dr. Braur.
My visit this time was very good. Everyone was polite, and didn't seem to be as rushed. The last time I was there it seemed like everyone was stressed, and didn't have time to spend with you. Please don't put timeframes on how many minutes the workers can spend with the patient. We will be a whole lot happier and your workers will be too. I usually don't do surveys, but I felt like this one was important to let you know my feelings. Take care of your patients, and they will take care of you!! Thank you.

Vanessa was very informative and helpful
Told us there was and option between 6 months and a year to retry the egg challenge. She chose the year without asking what we wanted to do. She was very rude and kept getting visibly annoyed with my ONE YEAR OLD for not wanting to try the tiny bit of a cupcake he was given. She scared him.
She was nice and accommodating.
This office has been hands down a positive experience, compared to my last doctors office, they listen to me and do not get frustrated with my child when he can't do certain things due to sickness allergies or asthma.
The staff is great
