As looking over my chart, the NP saw that I was due a mammogram and a pap-smear, I was able to get the mammogram done the same day and scheduled the pap-smear. I very much appreciate the attention to detail regarding my chart!
Again, when a referral is made those specialist should notify me they have received the referral even if the apt.time is delayed. Dr Keepes also checked a week after this apt with Toni and the referral was ordered. Being acknowledged that they are working in an apt.date would be nice.

Toni Martin is very professional and also very thorough in her assessment of your medical care. She takes the time to listen and makes medical decisions while engaging you in the treatment plan and makes sure you understand treatment plan. I really appreciate her not just talking at you, but making eye contact while discussing your concerns and the medical care to be provided.She is very knowledgeable and kind in her care two valuable attributes in healthcare. I feel confident and comfortable with her medical decisions for my care, and would highly recommend her as a provider to others

Toni is great! Always pleasant and thorough. She always solves my problems.
My dad had several wounds that needed to be addressed. When reapplying the bandages, all had Neosporin placed on the bandages. When applying the last bandage, there was no more ointment left in the ointment packet. The last bandaid applied had no Neosporin on it. I felt like another packet of Neosporin should have been opened to properly bandage Dad's wound.
