We love Dr. Martelli, she is so attentive and really helps work through issues and future care for the patient, who has a few complex issues. We are never rushed and she is so caring.

Dr. Martelli is the absolute best. She never rushes appointments- we can bring up anything and everything. She is patient with both kids and us as we throw many things at her. She always explains multiple avenues with approaching care plans. She is great with kids and explains everything to them as she does her work. She is extremely knowledgeable and always explains things thoughtfully and never in a way that feels like she is downplaying your feelings.

Martelli does a wonderful job discussing what is concerning and what is not and why. I trust her judgement and she will take plenty of time and thought to discuss next steps.

Dr. Martelli is amazing. She has been my daughter's doctor for 8 years. Over those 8 years we have experienced issues, and trying to solve pieces of the puzzle, and this year after seeing a geneticist discovered my daughter has a rare genetic syndrome. Although there is not a lot about this syndrome- especially how it affects females, Dr. Martelli always listens, researches and spends a lot of time guiding us in resources and next steps for her care plan. She spends more time than we could have ever hoped listening to each concern, carefully thinking through how each issue is related or could have a correlation and thoughtfully gives us options of therapies or additional specialists that could assist as we navigate this unknown journey. She is reassuring but calculated in her thought process and gives her honest and expert opinion when we weigh options or next steps. She NEVER rushes us and is always super thorough, even looking into things after the fact and my charting messages to us. If we have ever run into a road block, she always figures out a different avenue to try to help us continue to get answers to help our child thrive and set her up for success. While there is a lot at play for my kid, she also is so calm and easy mannered and assures our fears or anxiousness even if we don't have all the answers to the unknowns yet. She helps us juggle all the things for our kid and sees her on a 6-month cadence to help keep her care on track, but if we need her sooner she makes it happen. We appreciate her honesty and she has ALWAYS had our kiddo's best interest in mind and does what is best for her, even if we have delays in access to services, she helps us navigate those issues. I cannot say enough amazing things about how dedicated, caring, thoughtful and attentive Dr. Martelli is and the care/ advice she has given not only my child but us as her parents. She helps us sift through all the noise and pay attention to our individual child's needs and situation and takes the whole picture into account. Deaconess is so fortunate to have her on staff and she truly cares about each child she sees.

Always leave extremely happy. The nurse and doctor are so patient and kind. I never feel rushed and they are happy to answer all my questions and talk through any concerns. So thankful to have such an amazing care team for my daughter.
