The nursing assistant and the PA were both fantastic caring ladies
She listened and also took into consideration my past illness that has created problems.
She was the best PA I ever had ! She actually listened and understood what was happening to me,

I came in not hearing well and experiencing discomfort. I left in the same way. One Issue they found was treated. My hearing hasn't improved. I was referred to someone else with no future plans If that didn't work and no other discussion. During an earlier appointment, I asked about hearing aides but this was not discussed. Felt like I was just being dismissed without a long term plan. Ended up me necessitating asking if I was going to see them again. Response was leaving it open ended.
I would gladly recommend these ladies to anyone.
