I've only seen Dr. Ellsperman a few times, but she doesn't spend much time with the patient. When something is going on in your ear and there's an issue and you tell her about it and she says she doesn't know then I would think that the doctor would want to find out. I don't think it's right for the patient to have to suggest a test because the patient wants to find out what's going on even though the doctor didn't seem like she did. I was told this new doctor was very knowledgeable and a great doctor. I'm waiting to see that.
I really like Dr. Susan and her staff. I was a patient of Dr. Bizal but he retired and recommend her. I'm very pleased with her

Dr. Ellsperman has been my favorite ENT in a lifetime of ENT's. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and makes me feel at ease asking questions I may have been previously uncomfortable asking previous ENT's.
Even though Dr. F will be missed, very happy that Dr Ellsperman has joined the ENT clinic. This was my first visit with Dr. Ellsperman, and I appreciated our conversation about my issues and the way approached and explained a treatment plan; wonderful addition to your team.

I have dealt with my condition for many years and transferred to Dr. E when Dr. B retired. I find her to be very compassionate and knowledgeable and look forward to learning more from her in the future. She's a real asset to Deaconess.
