I had this problem for several years and all the other doctors only treated the symptoms, Dr Susan Ellsperman took the time to find the root cause and that's what she treated. She did a great job and my problem is finally solved.

I've only seen Dr. Ellsperman a few times, but she doesn't spend much time with the patient. When something is going on in your ear and there's an issue and you tell her about it and she says she doesn't know then I would think that the doctor would want to find out. I don't think it's right for the patient to have to suggest a test because the patient wants to find out what's going on even though the doctor didn't seem like she did. I was told this new doctor was very knowledgeable and a great doctor. I'm waiting to see that.
I really like Dr. Susan and her staff. I was a patient of Dr. Bizal but he retired and recommend her. I'm very pleased with her

Doctor told me was a possible tumor but they would not pursue possible tumor need a second opinion due to extreme problem with ear
