Dr Rao and the staff are nice
Dr. Rao is the only reason I come to Deaconess. She is the best oncologist I have seen. She is up to date on the research, understands the different presentations of my condition, and is thoughtful and kind.
Listened to my concerns and gave suggestions.
I would highly recommend this Dr office!! They were extremely caring and attentive and understanding! The entire staff was the same way! They were all very clear answering questions and explaining things and giving directions. I had very little wait time.
Doctor
I would recommend for anybody to go there
Everything went great in all area Dr rao was very nice as were the reception and the nurse.
Very good
The amount of time she spent with me with very minimal and after waiting for an hour. I was kind of disappointed. I do want to give positive feedback to the nurse, she was great and helped make the experience better
She practically called me a liar..I told her to call down to the hospital and call deaconess in ky.
Not that good. Blood work was not good and she said it was and released me. I'm not doctor but know it's far from normal my blood test results. Had to wait an hour and I was first patient that morning.
She was more concerned about some social issue that was going on at the nurses desk...i think with another Dr. She dismissed everything I said and when I asked her FOUR times why I could be so tired and fatigued all the time she ignored me bc she was focused on what was going on outside the room and she treated me as if I was a disruption and that my feelings and concerns were nothing to her. She wasnt even listening to me. I waited over 6 months for this appointment and bc I've been so sick, I was in high hopes of getting answers only to be dismissed and made to feel like low life trash by Dr. Rao. I have a follow up appointment with her pending blood work, and if she treats me this way again I will not be back.
