No one ever called to discuss treatment plan. I had an abnormal UTI result viewable on My Chart but no one contacted me!

I was scheduled for a procedure and 2 days before the procedure I got a call from the hospital and found out I was supposed to be off my blood thinners a the day before I had a call from a cardiologist that I had to have cardiac clearance which I couldn't get an appointment for a week so my procedure had to be canceled. They had at least-0 days to let me know and make arrangements for this and no one let me know anything.

Dr Stokes has been my Urologist for 12-15 years, and is the best.
