Ryan is an excellent care provider. This was my first time to see him without an appointment. However, once he came into the exam room I was his only concern just like always. He listened to my concerns, explained what needed to be done, removed the remainder of the tick we had not been able to get off, treated that spot and gave instructions for its care. He checked my lungs and throat and prescribed medication to take care of any residual problem from the tick bite and to assure an infection did not develop from the cold and congestion. Very thoughtful and complete with his care as always.
