I love Dr. Cook. I saw him several times when he was with SIH.
Dr Mitchell explained the different types of pictures of the way my foot would look and the soap often and results are marvelous: you see no pain can make the difference thanks Dr Mitchell
I absolutely respect Dr. Cook. I do not want to use deaconess or SIH. Too many bad experiences with the billing. I fought for a year and a half to get a bill off my account that I had statements from my insurance showing I did not owe. It is still on my "my chart" as a bill sent to collections.
Dr Cook is an amazing physician and person. He takes time to explain and answer questions and not make you feel like you are wasting his time. I highly recommend him to anyone having feet issues.

This was a routine annual diabetic foot exam
Doctor seemed bothered by me being there. It was my second visit for the same issue and he acted like he did not want to be there or actually help the situation. It was very painful and the doctor did not seem to want to do anything.
