Dr Mitch was very easy to talk to and took his time when answering my questions. He offered extra help if I had any other concerns
No compassion and very dismissive. He kept focusing on things that were irrelevant.
Please keep in mind this was my first visit. Therefore, I am a professional who doesn't judge, especially during my first visit with those in the medical profession. Trust and respect takes time and between the patient and their new physician.
He always ask if I have any questions and listens to me
At first, Dr. McCord seemed cold, almost standoffish, then in person, he was factual, to the point, strict-like, but then he made a joke and all that faade fell off for a moment. But now I see he takes his job serious. I would recommend slowing down a little as my brain doesn't process information as fast as it used to.

I was seen in er about not in my throat and my test results were low on calcium and he said he would come back and talk about ways to help and never came back in room. I said I drank one time this year and for me that is a great feat. I was say probably 4 times that has happened since 21. He made me feel shameful suggesting mods and aa. I had patted myself on back prior.

I valued Dr McCord's opinion that I'll likely be on Eliquis for life; as he's probably right. but I asked for the Hematology referral to possibly find out the why.
Dr. McCord is great! He answered all my questions and helped me make some health decisions. He definitely has my best interest at the forefront.

Dr. McCord was very direct. I described my problem, he had a solution for me, and that was that. I appreciated that he understood my situation and had a solution ready for me, but I would also imagine other people would want more of a dialogue.

there is no doubt in my mind that Dr. McCord cares about my well-being. He answers my questions. We have good communication. His staff calls me when there are changes in my medicine. I feel like Dr. McCord is one of the best and has an excellent staff from the very beginning of entering to the building to walking out. I can't say enough about my doctor and his staff.
I told him I thought I may have cancer and he claimed it likely wasn't. I wish he could have done a blood test to check or something to give me more assurance.
