I was very disappointed to hear that Mckenzie Lueken was leaving Deaconess. She was an excellent provider, and I was happy she was caring for my needs.
McKenzie Lueken PA was very helpful with referrals to the Bloomington area where she is originally from. I have moved to the Bloomington area and was needing assistance with Doctors in the area, Rheumatology, Primary Care and Dermatology.
I have been with M Lueken for several years.She has given me excellent care.I am not happy I will have to drive to Henderson for careI am a longtime Deaconess patient.I feel you need to do whatever it takes to replace Dr Fisher..who was the last actual Rheumatologist I was able to see.I feel your Rheumatology dept isnt a priority.
McKenzie is fast, thorough, and explains everything so clearly.

She was great and this was the first time I had seen her however she informed me that she was leaving in two weeks and there really isn't any replacement for her in Evansville. I would have to wait a year to see the doctor at the clinic or I could see a provider at Deaconess in Henderson Ky. This would be my 7th or 8th provider in just a few years. It is really frustrating to me as a patient.
Always on top of my Rheumatoid arthritis meds..
McKenzie was knowledgeable. She seems to be fine as far as knowing what goes on with my Illness. As far as recommending her, probably not. At the end of our meeting, she informed me not only was this the first time we were meeting, but it would be the last time because she was leaving the practice. At that point I lost interest
Mckenzie Lueken, PA is one of the best specialists I've seen at Deaconess. She truly cares about her patients and I am very sad that she will not longer be working in the Rheumatology deptartment.
My favorite provider told me she was leaving the practice mid-January. So I can't recommend her. Wish I knew where she was going; I'd follow her.

McKenzie Lueken is absolutely AMAZING and thoroughly involved with my care. She goes above and beyond to help me understand my test results, my conditions, and treatment options. She does all she can so I can continue living my best life teaching elementary school! I recommend her to everyone asks who I see for rheumatology!!!
Seems to forget about you once you leave the office
She did not look at my test scores until three weeks after I had the blood work done. My family doctor couldn't believe that she didn't have someone call me about my high inflammation rates. He messaged McKenzie and then I called the nurse to see if she had looked at my test scores and I found out she had not . That same day I got a call saying I needed more blood work done. I have not heard any more.
