Dr. Finch was great! She explained everything very thoroughly and stated all options.
Dr. Finch has always showed great concern & care for my well-being. I really appreciate being seen as a patient & not a dollar sign.
Dr Finch did a great job at listening to my concerns and description of my symptoms and concerns. She offered up not only answers, but treatment options. I felt heard and appreciated, not simply rushed through as a problem to be solved. These appointments are often used to make critical decisions for a patient, it means a lot to have a doctor that makes a patient feel heard. I would recommend Dr Finch to anyone who would need an ENT appointment.
Dr. Finch is amazing!!!! Very personable and knowledgeable! She spent the time needed explaining to me every detail and exuded care and trust in our relationship.
Finally a Dr who explains & Is very knowledgeable in what they're talking about and includes you in decision-making and makes sense. I so appreciated everything she did for me and will be doing for me.

I tried talking to her but she controlled the whole conversation . She made me feel so bad.I started to cry.I've never done that in my whole life and a doctor's office . She was very rude.She asked questions about the doctor that referred to me but did not want to hear anything that was not in that doctor's notes. I try to explain what my problem was. She said there was nothing wrong with my right ear, and maybe there wasn't maybe it was something else, but she treated me so bad I couldn'ti couldn't even answer her questions.Cause I was so upset and like I said before, she just hand me a tissue as she walked out the door saying, do you want CT scan. I told her that my pain level was an 8.She never offered any medication. I did not come to get narcotics or anything like that.Just made me something for information.Or whatever she thought, I'd be best, but she offered nothing.She said , and I hurried to leave very cold hearted. She told me if I needed anything just to get a hold of my primary doctor. Needless to say , I won't ever be back to her or recommend her ever to anybody.

There's really no doctor like Laura Finch. She listens better than any doctor I've ever visited, thoroughly explains things on a level that I can understand (not just medical jargon), and is so incredibly personable. She remembers small things about me that we've discussed only a couple of times. That is so special from a renowned doctor! She is a gem.
