Very good
Excellent care and excellent bedside manner.
Kristin is excellent!! She has my health better than it has been in 15 years
I know it's a regular scheduled well visit but if you are having an issue they should listen and not say it's a well visit.
I'm just still trying to figure out why I wasn't informed of my having stage 2 CKD. And a plan put in place to manage my care.
Excellent care.

Kristen Bugg spoke at a very rapid pace, not giving me any opportunity to try to absorb what she was telling me. She ordered me to go on fish oil supplements, and when I objected, and explained that I have tried them before for a lengthy period, and that they caused me to have a noticeable stench, she shrugged them off. When I had been hospitalized a few months ago, the doctors had taken me off Lisinopril and put me on amlodipene. A side effect I had had from lisinopril was a very frequent, very loud dry cough. This side effect went away when they changed my medicine. Kristin Bugg stated she was going to put me on lisinopril again. When I objected, she told me that the side effect wasn't important. I told her I refused to make that change and she was dismissive of my concerns and suggested two other medications to treat the blood pressure and my high triglycerides. She accused me of being very irritable and angry and brought up my attempt to change to a different doctor in the practice. She said that I wouldn't be allowed to do that because they all see each other's patients. I stated that it felt like she was trying to force me out of deaconess, and she rushed out of the room to see if she could speak to a different doctor in the office about changing my PCP, then came back about 10 minutes later, told me she was going to have the office manager reach out to a patient advocate, and finished the visit, speaking to me in a condescending manner. She stated during the visit that she would be giving me a referral to a cardiologist, but that wasn't mentioned in the clinical notes or after-visit summary. What was mentioned is that she called me irritable and angry for trying to participate in my health care. I don't feel that she treated me appropriately, and I think she tried to block my changing providers.
This was only a thyroid check and no problem at all
Annual check up. No changes!
Kristin has always been so attentive in prior appointments but this appointment was very rushed. I was very concerned about a stroke like symptom that I had on Sunday night. My blood pressure was high during the appointment and she took it again but wasn't getting a loud reading and said it had come down some???? She was concerned of my gut issue and focused on that, which was my second reason for being there. I have always had great appointments with Kristin, and so has my husband, but this was too rushed.
Usually she is slower and seems more concerned, but because she was running late I feel like she was rushing through my visit and not listening to my concerns. She did address them but very hurried while doing it. Typing all the time she was talking.
Feel very thankful I was taken on as a new patient
NP listened very well to my concerns and offered options to fit my health plan.
Kristin is very thorough. She answers all my questions and concerns.
Kristen Bugg NP is very thorough and knowledgeable and is always kind to me. I appreciate this because I admit I am not always easy to deal with as a patient because I'm a retired nurse with preconceptions about my health conditions and this hinders my treatment and it's all my own fault. I intend to do better on being a good patient in the future.
Good experience.
I trust APRN Kristin Bugg. She is respectful knowledgeable caring and honest.
Kristin Bugg is an exceptional provider
