Kevin is always caring, thorough and listens
Fair because appts are so far out
Good
My experience with Kevin Hendrickson has been negative. As a dental assistant, I understand the importance of integrity & patient care. If he felt that he couldn't help me, it would have been nice to have a referral to someone that may. One of the first things he said to me a few appts back was "we need to get you comfortable" I held on to the hope, putting aside the strive to find out what is actually causing my skin condition. At my last appt, we agreed to stop Dupixent and try Nemluvio before possibly trying a JAk Inhibitor. I was given the initial dosing by his assistants in office. I was told the specialty pharmacy would reach out to me to set up deliveries, answer questions, etc..(just like the process for Dupixent- which went very smooth) The only contact I had was direction to apply for eligibility for the drug, so I did that. My symptoms quickly returned & worsened after 2 days of starting Nemluvio. I was told and researched that this drug begins working/alleviating itch intensity shortly after starting it. Two and half weeks went by and the skin on my arms was worse than I'd ever had it. I have saved pictures. I knew something wasn't right. I still hadn't heard from the specialty pharmacy either. I called and messaged on the my chart portal asking for help and to please call in prednisone. Kevin & assistants dismissed my request and cry for help. Their response was very delayed and inconsiderate stating that per Kevin Hendrickson, I should continue with Nemluvio beacuse one dose is not adequate. I was panicked because I couldn't get their acknowledgement about prednisone. My family doctor called it in for me within minutes, however,it failed to give relief this time. They called it in but far too late. At almost 2 weeks & still no further communication about this new drug, I was almost sure I didn't want to keep taking it. I called the Accredio specialty pharmacy and the pharmacist said I was most likely having a reaction and that I shouldn't keep taking it. She also alerted me that Kevin Hendrickson failed to respond to them, which explains why no one had reached out to check on me amd how I was doing with the initial dose amd to set up the next delivery. It is not typical of me to write a bad review about anyone or any company, but after dealing with this skin issue for over 2 years with no relief & to feel as if I am a nuisance, has made me realize I need to seek help with another provider. As seen in my chart messages, Kevin was not willing to have me try any other medications and only offering light therapy which he knows is impossible with my work schedule. He was never Interested in anything other than being a representative for Dupixent.
Good
NP Kevin Hendrickson has always been the best.
Great experience; confirmed what I'd been told 20 years previously, and set up annual visits so obtaining medication... If needed... Would be more accessible.
I never have diarrhea, but I wokeDr. Hendrickson has always been very pleasant and knowledgeable from my first visit with him and through my most recent visit.
