We love seeing Dr Phillips. We always have an easy and delightful time interacting with the staff. The office is very clean and professional while remaining kind and welcoming. Dr. Phillips is so knowledgeable. He makes us feel so confident that we are receiving the best care. He offers advice but doesn't criticize our parenting. He explains everything so throughly to make us understand his recommendations regarding care. We have recommended him to several friends.

Was my new patient visit. Had been patient of Dr Combs for many years. I am so happy to move to Dr Phillips! He was kind, engaging, listened and cared. After having Dr Combs for many years it was not easy to move to a new PCP but Dr Phillips is making that an easy move!
