Going to miss doctor MCain
Really liked the care provider. This was my first exam appt but she is going to work in the hospital. I hate to lose her as my primary physician.

Dr. McCain is the best primary care physician that I've ever had. She is open and has read up on new treatments such as Wegovy for weight loss and Mounjaro for diabetes. She listens to symptoms and quickly addresses concerns, such as blurry vision, probably need to see optometrist and probably not my new diabetes diagnosis. For fatigue she has put in an order for a sleep clinic. I am very sorry to see her go to the Hospitalist position!

Dr McCain is the best provider that Deaconess has and this entire organization should be bending over backwards to keep her in a clinical setting. It's a real disservice to the community and tothe patients to lose her as a primary care physician. My physical and mental health have improved significantly, and I have Dr McCain to thank for that. I know the importance of building a great relationship with my provider and now I have to start that entire process over. Not sure I will stay with deaconess because this is the third provider I have had since 2019 and it's becoming exhausting to find a new provider and then build that relationship with them. Deaconess needs to take care of their providers and recognize how important they are to the patients.
