This Dr should not be practicing. Despite having 3 positive test results for an illness, he completely disregarded this and gave me very bad recommendations which would have led to increased sickness or a trip to ER!
I was very impressed by the detail that Dr Lehman &his nurse provided. The whole experience was above expectations.
It was a very busy day for the office that day
One of the best dr visits we've experienced in a long time.
He honestly didn't know why my PCP had sent me to him. He sent me a script in forA cream that has not worked. So none of it was a his fault. I think he's a good physician, but as far as seeing an allergist: I do not need one.
Great discussion by allergist on my treatment and instruction
They are by far the best
I really liked Dr. Lehman, very thorough and straightforward to the point.
Dr. Lemann is outstanding provider I am so happy with him, and nurses
The doctor was very judgmental and kept questioning why I was even in his office.
Very happy with Dr Lehman.
Dr was great
Dr. Lehman was very concerned about my health and explained everything well.
Dr Lehman gives you plenty of time to ask questions.
Very professional; explained the procedure very well.
Awesome doctor!
Great care from my doctor!
She was very kind and attentive.
Dr. Lehman was excellent in diagnosing my issue and prescribing medication that has been 100 percent effective! I am so grateful!
At least at the outset of the appointment Dr. Lehman seemed to have a strong prejudicial option regarding patients referred to Immunology from GI clinicians due to positive Alpha-Gal IgE test. The first comments he made after I told him why I was referred were "that test has a 37% false positive rate", something about how he wished GI would stop sending people there just because they have a positive blood test, and asked what I had read on the internet (which came across as him trying to feel out if I believe myself to be Dr. Duning-Krueger), and tried to name drop the NC guy who did the original AGS research ("I had lunch with him a month ago" which was hilarious to me as, although I am aware of him, I didn't (and still don't) know the guys name. I still question if he really meant the test itself has such a high false positive rate, or if he was try to communicate that clinically significant symptoms are required in addition to positive blood test for AGS diagnosis. He did seem to soften on that somewhat once he heard more of my history of symptoms, but I still came away with the sense that he does not believe the symptoms I've experience to be alpha-gal related despite him prescribing an EpiPen and despite the written clinical and visit notes that make It sounds as though I have serious AGS. I'm really not invested in the source of my problems being one thing vs another, I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it, and nothing that occurred during the visit made me feel that Dr. Lehman would be helpful in that endeavor. At the very end, as I was leaving he said he would continue to see me annually unless / until something changed and all I could think was why on earth does this guy think I would ever come back here and pay to be treated like this again.
