She is wonderful. I was having issues with my current med. Changed dose and it has really made a difference. She contacted a few hours after my visit to let me know that she and doctor had discussed a plan for my further treatment.

Bob and Jauhna are amazing!
There really was not much to discuss except precautions that need to be made due to my limited elbow motion and allergy to certain tape adhesives. The phlebotomist listened and made appropriate accommodations for me. The only problem was with a long wait time in the waiting room. She explained that they only had 2 phlebomists working in that lab at the time that I was there. That seems to be more of a employer scheduling issue than anything else. The phlebotomist was highly skilled getting the draw easily in one try, and that is not usually my experience with many people.
The absolute best care I've received from a cardiology team in 50 years.
