Dr Shafqat is very personable and caring - he listens to my concerns and answers my questions in a way that is very clear and understandable
I ramble and get sidetracked but I mentioned to both providers my mother had left kidney cancer, not me. Dr thought I had a history with oncologist/hematologist but this was my first appointment. Very good bedside manner just think maybe he could have asked more questions to confirm my history or read nurse notes, or could be AI transcribe error. At appt thought he understood but notes say I had kidney cancer/nephrectomy instead of mother.
All my questions were answered and explained.
I believe Dr. Shafqat to be an excellent provider. He is knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and provides me with guidance for my medical care decision making. I am quite pleased with him as my provider.
