I do love the office staff and doctor. However, as I was there for a physical, I noticed all the various signs informing me of if I was there for a physical that I should not discuss any other issues. If I did I would be billed for a physical visit and an additional visit. This left me to remain silent and feeling like I could not discuss any questions I had as I wasn't sure where the line was drawn between having my questions answered and getting billed for 2 visits
Dr. Rodocker, is a truly impressive & I suspect overworked physician. Second to none regarding competency. Approaches Healthcare with genuine concern & integrity.
First visit but everyone was very friendly and very professional
The whole team was very active and their attention was great
My time with my doctor has always been very good.
I've been sick for five days. The nausea was lingering I called and spoke to the Nurse on Tuesday and she was going to ask Doctor to call in Zofran so I could stop being nauseous. He declined to do that and said well she's coming for an appointment tomorrow. So I go to my appointment on Wednesday, I had symptoms of Covid RSV flu all that stuff, I've lost 5 pounds in five days because I was unable to eat, he did not test me for anything he did not even get his stethoscope out and listen to my chest which is completely congested still, and then just wrote me a prescription for a Zofran anyway and said that's all he could give me. When I asked why aren't you testing me for Covid or flu, he said "well those tests take 20 minutes". So I am going to try to get an appointment at a clinic that will give me the tests. He literally acted like he didn't even believe me about how sick I was. He didn't check me at all. Literally didn't touch me didn't look at my eyes my ears nothing! I don't think I should be charged for the appointment

I think everyone provided excellent service.
Dr gregory rocdocker was terrible, he would not listen or take time out to hear what I had to say and also he was speeding, and I ask for him to repeat a test and he wanted to send me back to st vincent hospital which I was already tested there I wanted to repeat the test at deaconess to get a second opinion. But my primary care doctor is sending me back to deaconess to have this test repeated. I then cancel my return visit with dr. Gregory rocdocker with all my health issues I am currently going thru I feel that he did not want to take me on as a patient. Something was not right because a doctor suppose to hear you out and for my first visit give me time to hear what I had to say. I did not like his ways as a doctor something was not right with him is all I got yo say he was really weird
Like how they treated me
My doctor actually cares about my health. Guess that's why he is a doctor. Reminds me I am responsible for me , no one else
