Emily spent a lot of time going over my problems and explaining everything to me. I really appreciated the time she spent with me and the things I learned from her. I know she's busy but I have never felt rushed, or that my questions were unimportant

Emily, is always professional, but also treats me like a friend and not just a number or another patient walking through the door. She is always very respectful to my needs and situation. She has a good heart, and I trust her advice and suggestions completely.

Felt she wasn't as knowledgeable about meds as she sd have been. Placed me on estrogen cream that was $425.00 out of pocket without offering me the cost or trying to find an sternative med. Did not tell me up front how costly the Med. Was!!!! Had to recontact Nurse at clinic about problem, finally called me the next day. Had to consult 2 pharmacies regarding med cost. It was a mess!!

I had questions from reading about my condition. First visit was initial consult. Why I was referred to PA about actual procedure was beyond me.
Still waiting on a call about fixing my controller for my interstim
