I was here to establish care. Dr. Marlin was very thorough, reviewed my history and discussed medications. She kept asking me if there is "anything else" I wanted to discuss, and I appreciate that! It made me feel that she didn't try to rush through the appointment. I felt very heard. Excellent bedside manner.
Provider was very attentive to all my concerns and took her time in discussing the best options for my treatment/care. I feel very satisfied in my choice of this provider.
Dr. Marlin is the first doctor to look at ALL of my symptoms as a whole. She went through everything with me and even discovered abnormal blood test from from a year ago that I was previously told where normal. The results pointed in the direction of a diagnosis that could explain all of my symptoms over the past year that nobody else noticed. She was detailed and showed compassion towards what I was dealing with. She is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.
My visit was mainly to renew prescriptions for Metformin and Sertraline. Dr. Marlin said she would get them prescribed and sent to the pharmacy, but the prescription was never sent. It's been over a week now, and 4 phone calls in, I still haven't gotten the prescription medication. Hoping Dr. Marlin and her staff can be more vigilant about getting medicine to those who need it...
