The care from Dr Nowlen was excellent. He explained everything that was going on in terms I could understand. He seems to truly care about his patients. The reason I selected 3 was because of his receptionist. I called his office with concerns and whoever I talked to was beyond rude. I was made to feel like my issues were not taken seriously. I ask his nurse on the next visit if it was recorded in my chart that I called and it was not recorded. After mentioning this to a family member, I was told of 2 other patients of his that the same thing happened to them. For this reason alone, I could not in good faith recommend him to others. I will find another podiatrist if I have any issues in the future. This has nothing to do with the care I received from Dr Nowlen, but everything to do with his receptionist.
Besides the Privacy issue, he is a great doctor! I was in and out of the entire visit within 15 minutes!
Good
I was very pleased with my visit
He answered my questions and gave answers and advice.
Dr. Nolan is a. Really good dr.i like him.He is though and you feel like he really cares
Great
Am saddened that I'm not allowed to see another podiatrist for an unrelated issue and still have care rendered by Dr. Nowlen. Was told I can't see both at the same time even though my two issues are different.I thought Dr. Nowlen was a good doctor when I was able to see him.
Continue to have good experiences with the Wound Care staff and the care they provide.
He recognized, and prescribed medicine for, a condition I did not know I had.
Completely satisfied and happy with my visit, all staff and the doctor
I already have recommended him to a friend!
The doctor did not say hi or introduce himself, he just started talking about me thinking my foot was fractured. Which that was not the reason at all for my visit. I did not care for his demeanor.
Absolutely will tell others.
This doctor gave me far more information on the problem that I was having that helped me understand.
Very good
Really like Dr Nowlen and would highly recommend him to anyone with feet problems
Seems to be concerned and knowledgeable of my toe problem
Dr worked on wrong extremity before I told him it was the other one. Didn't create a problem though.
Thorough!
