    He was pleasant, kind, confident, and unhurried. He talked with my husband, as well as me. He gave me eye contact when I explained my symptoms and how they were impacting my usual activities. He discussed my options and answered all of my questions. He was professional. He made me feel like he really cared and that I was not just an appointment to get finished and move on through his day.
