Anna did a phenomenal job answering all questions related to my daughter's allergies. She genuinely cares and takes the time to make myself and my daughter feel comfortable. She works with us to formulate the best treatment plan.
My primary reason for not recommending this service is the ridiculously long amount of time between services. I had to wait four months to see the doctor (who was switched to a Nurse Practioner at the last minute) for my initial visit. The only thing established at my initial visit was that I required a test which could not be scheduled for another month and a half. Nearly half a year is a questionable amount of time to wait for excellent service from a specialist, let alone for mediocre care, which is how I would describe my experience--I would be hesitant to recommend the service to anyone else.
