Dr Koon is amazing. She took time ti listen to my concerns, completed a thorough assessment, and came up with a plan of action to ensure I received the appropriate treatment in a timely manner. She made the appointment very comfortable for me.

Dr Koons and her nurse navigator Terry Buckman were so very nice and concerned for me and showed wonderful compassion they gave me time to ask questions and told me to take my time this was so appreciated as I was very emotional and I really appreciated it
