Very good
Again, as I stated earlier when the doctor used to come in the room and see you, you could not ask for any better care. You had a very short wait time in exam room, and he spent the time to listen to you and explained things that were going on and what you may be seeing in the future that is lost now that you have a nurse practitioner doing this job
.
Good
I like my doctor Dr. P. Yelemanchili and her nurse assistant
Good
She was not aware of my reason for being there. I had some previous abnormal test and when I asked her about them she looked at the computer and said nothing to worry about that my monitor I wore only had 3 episodes of that rhythm. I said I only wore it a week. She said if I had not taken the medication it would've been more. Anyway she acted like I had no reason to be there
Excellent experience

Bad
No change. Continue with medication. Will see electrophysiologist in 6 months and cardiologist in a year. Nothing new.
They seem to have too many patients to actually give the attention needed by patients. Have actually seen the doc once n almost 2 years.
Alexandria was professional, polite, and very nice
Good
Its important to know that I seen the NP at this visit and also for my follow up from the ED as my normal provider was on vacation. My initial visit was ok, however with my follow up after my ED visit I felt she was very quick to make a decision without knowing wjat I could and couldn't do. Was very pushing and push offish on wanting to see me in person. When trying to dicuss my issues and asking questions was made to feel like my concerns were not valid or a concern. She told me it was not a concern. Heart issues are all concerns especially to a person who has never had issues. I felt as her bedside manner and or phone manner was not OK and as if I was a bother asking questions or wanting to know my next step in my care I felt it was pushed off. I will not and refuse to ever see her again as to how she made me feel. I will only see my normal provider in the future. I feel you should know the patient before you try and prescribe a medication you know they cant have or should know they cant have.
Great
Nurse & NP very cordial be kind. Listen to carefully and answered questions.

And she had a trainee, I think that did a real good job as well
