    **Now on Mondays starting in March**
    Yoga offers numerous benefits, including improving flexibility and strength while reducing stress and promoting mental clarity. It also supports better posture, enhances breathing, and can boost overall well-being by fostering a sense of calm and balance.  Deaconess employee or community, join Chelsea Riley a yoga and group fitness instructor with a passion for creating accessible, mindful movement for every body. With experience across hot flow, hatha–vinyasa, and group fitness, she blends breath, alignment, and functional wellness into each class. Chelsea’s approach is rooted in presence and practicality—helping students build strength, ease, and a deeper connection to themselves on and off the mat.

    *This class does need a minimum of three participants 24 hours in advance or we will email you a cancellation and refund.

    This class will move to Monday evenings starting in March 2026.

    Parking: Parking is limited at the HSB, please arrive early.  Parking options would be in the side lot (old Covance lot), walking from the main lot of the Hospital, Oakley St., or the detached parking garage.  The HSB is locked but there will be a coach there to let you in and point you in the right direction.
