    Health Screenings - Dubois REC 2026

    What screenings will be included?

    Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests. An optional PSA screening (blood test) will also be available to men. An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 45 and older. Additional optional blood tests will include a Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) test, Complete Blood Count (CBC) test, and Hemoglobin A1C test. The Body Fat Analysis test is offered and will be conducted by using a handheld BIA device.

    Employees, Insured Spouses, Retirees and their Spouses, and Directors and their Spouses

    When/Where?
    Wednesday, April 15th from 06:00 a.m.—08:00 a.m.

    Do I need to fast?
    Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.) Drinking water is permitted and highly encouraged.

    How long does it take?
    About 15 minutes. Appointments will be made every 10 minutes.

    PSA blood test: $22 (optional for men)

    Colon Cancer detection kits: $9 (optional)

    TSH: $14 (optional)

    CBC: $14 (optional)

    A1C: $20 (optional)

    Body Fat Analysis: Free for Employees, Insured Spouses, Retirees and their Spouses, and Directors and their Spouses
