    DMMC Wellness - Pilates

    Pilates 1.0 is a beginner Pilates class that consists of full body movements with emphasis on building deep core strength while moving the spine in all directions. The flow will be low impact with a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates movements that involve light dumbbells, the Pilates ball, and resistance bands.

    The price of registration is $5 and is to be brought with participants to the event.
