    Deaconess Memorial Medical Center is sponsoring a “Friday Community Health Screening” on some Fridays, from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. at Memorial Southside Office, 1100 W. 12th Ave., Jasper, IN

     A 12-hour fast is required for any glucose or lipid testing; however, you may drink water and take prescribed medications.

    Services available include:

    Basic Screening ($45) - includes height, weight, blood pressure, body mass index, waist circumference, and chemistry 12 & lipid panel.

    Cholestech (Fingerstick) ($30) - includes fasting glucose and lipid panel

    Blood Tests -

    Chemistry 12 & Lipid Panel ($33)

    Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) ($26)

    A1C (Glycolated Hemoglobin) ($20)

    Complete Blood Count (CBC) ($15)

    Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) ($20)
