    Diabetes Self-Management Class

    The Deaconess Endocrinology Clinic is now offering Diabetes Self-Management Group Classes led by our Diabetes Clinicians, Mollie Francis-RD and Angela Zirkelbach - RD, CDCES. In order to participate, you must be an established patient of Endocrinology with a diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. If you are not an established patient, you must request a referral to be seen by your Primary Care Physician.

    Classes are offered every other Thursday at the Deaconess Downtown Clinic Conference Room from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
